Read What Customers Say About Us

Because we don’t expect you to take us at our word - but you can sure trust other businesses, just like yours.

“We started testing Mailforge a couple of weeks ago and so far results have been great. We didn’t have any issues with deliverability, and for some campaigns, deliverability increased with Mailforge. We’re now in the process of switching the majority of the volume to Mailforge. Apart from great deliverability and ease of setup (it literally takes 5 minutes to set up 100s of domains and emails with all the technical requirements), what we like the most is the support we’re getting from Frank, Daniel, and the others. Compared to Smartlead and Instantly the support here is premium, and you quickly notice the difference in the quality of the products they create.”

“The simplicity and the automation in the buying process of domains, DNS setting, inbox creation, forwarding, etc. Everything in one place. And when i had any doubts, the team trough the chat or slack solve it really quickly!

I was hesitate cause i’ve only used Google Workspace, but my results had been great since using mailforge!”

Karlo Binda
Founder Leadsnack.co

“We often hear 10x improvement as a target one among startups, when it comes to cold email infrastructure setup, Mailforge provides 100x improvement!

Procedures that usually took hours (setting DKIM, SPF, etc. records) for multiple domains, now take a few minutes. Mailforge is also cost-efficient since you spend per mailbox ~3 times less than with Gmail. The support team replies in minutes and is happy to sort out issues in a proactive manner!

Highly recommended for any organization where streamlined cold email infrastructure setup and scaling processes are needed.”

Frequently asked questions

If we don’t answer your question below, please contact us via chat
What is Mailforge, and how does it compare to other tools?
What’s the difference between Mailforge and Infraforge?
Is there a free trial?

Mailforge is an email infrastructure tool - you need to purchase domains and mailboxes to use it. Unfortunately, this means that we don’t offer a free trial, however, you are free to explore the app without any domains and mailboxes after signing up.

Can I use all your products under one subscription?

At the moment, you will need to subscribe to each product you want to use separately.

Do you offer a yearly discount?

Yes. When choosing annual billing for mailboxes you will automatically receive a discount - 2 months free. There is no discount for domains.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No. You can purchase domains and mailboxes right in the app and cancel your subscription anytime.

Can you issue an invoice?

Yes. After completing the payment, you will receive an invoice for any and all purchases. You can access and edit your billing information in the Mailforge app.

Does Mailforge have automatic DNS set up for my domains?

Yes, Mailforge offers automatic setup of all the technical parameters such as DKIM, DMARC and SPF in accordance with industry best practices. If you have any questions about the technical setup, you can search our Helpdesk for the information you need, or reach out to us directly via the chat in the bottom right corner.

Can I edit my DNS records & manage my domains?

Yes! You have full control over your domains, the same as if you had purchased from another registrar.

What’s included in my subscription?

Our subscription prices include both the automated DNS setup and ongoing hosting and maintenance of your mailboxes.

How many domains & mailboxes do I need?

That depends on the specifics of your sequences. We recommend using our handy calculator that takes into account how many emails you will be sending to each contact and how many contacts you want to process each month. You can find this calculator above, on this website or within the Mailforge app.

What are Mailbox Slots and do I need them?

Slots represent the capacity to create mailboxes. If you purchase 10 slots but only create 5 mailboxes, you are still charged for all 10 slots. Therefore, it’s important to select the exact number of slots you need to avoid unnecessary costs.

Mailbox slots allow you to delete and create new mailboxes without any additional cost, as you are charged based on the number of slots, not the number of active mailboxes.
